>> well, good morning, tim, we haven't as of it. the fence is still up around sherman park. we have not seen the sheriff deputies here to take the fence down. this park has been the center of a back and forth legal battle over the fence here and access to the park. yesterday morning chris abele was here to remove the fence. several hours clark put the fence back up. just before 8:00 last night, at special hearing, the judge ruled in favor of the county executive and understanding the closing for a short period of time but nothing in the record that shows that closing the park is serving any public good.
